  1. OUR SERVICES
    The Services are designed to support operators, residents, and managers of co-living spaces through centralized tools for bookings, payments, member interactions, issue reporting, community analytics, and similar features. The Services may include web portals, mobile applications, APIs, and third-party integrations.
    Access and use of the Services within the PRC must comply with all applicable PRC laws and administrative regulations. Users outside of the PRC are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with local laws. Unauthorized use in conflict with applicable laws or in a manner not permitted by these Terms is prohibited.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    RIGHTS All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, platform structure, databases, community-building features, content management tools, UI/UX design, media content, and all branding elements (the “Content” and “Marks”), are owned or licensed by us.
    Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms and the applicable laws of the PRC, solely for their intended personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent.

  1. COMPLIANCE WITH CHINESE LAW
    You agree not to use the Services in violation of PRC laws, including regulations from the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC). Specifically, you may not post, store, or transmit content that:

    • Undermines national unity or security;

    • Incites ethnic or social hatred;

    • Spreads rumors, false information, or disrupts public order;

    • Contains obscene, violent, superstitious, or illegal materials;

    • Infringes on third-party rights or violates state policies regarding information disclosure.

      We reserve the right to monitor and remove any content that violates these standards or applicable Chinese regulations.

  1. USER REGISTRATION AND IDENTITY
    Users may be required to register an account and, in compliance with PRC laws, provide real-name verification using mobile number authentication or identity documentation. Failure to verify your identity may limit your ability to access or use specific features of the Services.
    You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

  1. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
    We collect and process personal information as necessary to provide the Services, including but not limited to contact data, location data (if enabled), resident interaction history, and platform usage logs.
    All data collection and handling within the PRC is performed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), Data Security Law, and Cybersecurity Law. Your personal data will be stored on servers located within the PRC and will not be transferred outside of China unless:

  • Necessary for operations and with your explicit consent;

  • Accompanied by a lawful cross-border transfer mechanism and security assessment, if required.

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, AND PAYMENTS
    The Services may be offered under subscription plans. All subscription charges are payable in RMB (Renminbi). You agree to maintain accurate billing information and acknowledge that all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
    Subscriptions are not automatically renewed unless specified. We will notify you in advance to renew your subscription. If you choose not to renew, your access will expire at the end of the paid term.

  1. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
    You may post reviews, submit feedback, or interact with other users. You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it, you grant us a license to use and display such content in connection with the Services. We may remove any user-generated content that violates PRC content laws or these Terms.

    You must ensure your contributions:

    • Do not infringe on third-party rights;

    • Are not false or misleading;

    • Are respectful and appropriate for community environments.

  1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND MAINTENANCE
    We strive to keep the Services accessible at all times, but we may suspend operations for maintenance, upgrades, or compliance with government directives. We are not liable for temporary unavailability or service interruptions.
    We may update or change features without notice and are under no obligation to maintain legacy functionalities.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the extent permitted by PRC law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months for the specific service in question.

  1. INDEMNITY
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, officers, employees, and partners from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms or any PRC laws.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to submit to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Shenzhen for final and binding arbitration.
